Battery Stewardship Council CEO Libby Chaplin and Director Best Practice & Innovation Jade Barnaby will be participating in panel presentations at the upcoming Waste Expo Australia conference in Melbourne on Thursday 26 October.

Both panel sessions are running from 11.00am – 11.50am with Libby participating in ‘The Hidden Cost of Battery Disposal‘ panel discussion and Jade participating in ‘Product Stewardship Schemes – What it means for Recycler?‘ panel discussion.

Waste Expo Australia provides a platform dedicated to advancing best practices in waste management and making a positive difference to the environment and community. This free-to-attend event is the largest gathering of waste management and resource recovery professionals in the country to learn how we can transform the way we use materials, ensure effective recovery and reduce waste sent to landfills.
